NMDC Limited., a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India and a multi locational, multi product and consistently profit making Mining & Mineral Exploration Organization with more than `.11,000 crore turnover is in the process of massive expansion and diversification activities both in India and abroad.



For the posts of Manager (E3):
A Degree in Industrial Engineering or Degree in Mining/ Mechanical/ Production Engineering with a PG Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Engineering preferably first class from a recognised Univerity / Institute of repute . He should have post-qualification experience in the field of Industrial Engineering covering practical application of techniques of cost reduction, PERT, MBO, O&M, Resources analysis, Norms development, Operations research, work study, Job evaluation,
Incentives, etc with knowledge of using computers. Out of the total experience specified below, experience of 7 years for E5/E4 grades and 3 years for E3/E2 grades in integrated steel plant is essential.

Assistant Manager (E1):
Graduation with Degree in
Law(3 years course) or (5 years Integrated Course) from a recognised Univerity / Institute. He should have post qualification experience as stated at II below in dealing with legal matters relating to Contracts, Mining Leases, Mergers & Acquisition, Transfer of Property, Industrial Laws etc, having experience in dealing with cases in Lower courts/High Court / Supreme Court cases. Candidates having experience in dealing with Mining and Mineral Laws will be given preference. The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.

1. Experience and age relaxable and higher start in the time scale may be considered in case of deserving candidates. Candidates may be considered for a lower post in case they are found otherwise suitable depending on their qualification, experience and present position.
2. Apart from Basic Pay, Dear ness Allowance, other Perks and Allowances limited to 47% of Basic Pay will be payable. Other benefits include PRP, HRA (depending on place of posting), CPF, Gratuity, Medical facilities, Group insurance, etc., as per rules.
3. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in candidates for being called for interview. Decision of management to call the candidates for selection shall be final. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
4. Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro single AC II tier Rail Fare by shortest route subject to production of proof.
