Applications are invited on the prescribed application form from permanent residents of J&K for the following positions to be filled up purely on contact basis for a period of one year, as per the details given below:
Post :
1. Junior Engineer (civil) (contractual)
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree. or 5 year’s experience with diploma in Civil
Engineering
2. Works Supervisor (Civil) (contractual)
Essential Qualification:
ITI trained in respective trade
or
10+2 with 2 years experience of trade
or
Matric with 5 years experience of trade
• The applications form accompanied by the attested copies of all the documents, mark lists (from matric onwards), Degree Certificates, Date of Birth, Category or any other additional qualification should reach the office of the Registrar, Sher-eKashmir University of Agril. Sciences & Technology of Jammu, Chatha, Jammu (J&K) 180 009 by or before 30.11.2012 upto 5:00 PM. Applications received after
expiry of the said date will not be entertained.
• Envelope containing the application form should be subscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _________________”.
• The candidates engaged shall have no legal right to claim his/her regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post or any further contractual engagement as this engagement is purely time bound, nonregular. The egagement of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically on expiry of the period of the contract. This engagement can be further extendable for another year on the basis of performance of the candidate, availability of budget in the project and pendency of the work. The engagement of the candidate can be terminated at any time by the University.
• The University reserves the right to withdraw all or any advertised position at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Candidates who may not be fulfilling all the requirements by the last date of receipt of application need not apply.
