Postgraduate in Biostatistics/Statistics/Sociology/MPH/MCA with statistics at graduate level.
Desirable: Experience of working on software like MS-Word, Excel, Power point, SPSS and data management etc. Should be highly motivated, analytical skills, counseling communication skills and writing skills are required.
Nature of Duties: 1. Extensive field visits and community health planning. 2. Data Management and analysis, preparing reports, literature review, handling correspondence, communications and Data Management.
Candidates processing the above qualification may come for walk-in-personal discussion at ICMR, Hqrs., Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110 029 on 20th December 2012 at 9.30 A.M. Working Station for above mentioned posts Indian Council of Medical research (ICMR) is located on the ring road adjacent to NML/ AIIMS Campus. The project requires extensive field travel, out of Delhi, minimum 15 days a month.
The post is to be filled up on purely temporary basis till the project lasts. The appointment can be terminated with one month notice from either side without assigning any reason. The candidate will have to execute a bond of 6 months, if they leave within this period they will have to refund the 3 months salary. Since the post is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project. Benefit of provident fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. is not applicable. Age relaxation is for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Govt. Rules. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk – in –personal discussion.
Candidates must bring along with them all the relevant documents in original and 6 sets of attested photocopies of the same and one passport size recent colour photograph.
