M.E/M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering / Bio-Engineering or related areas OR Ph.D. (Submitted) in any of the above area. 

Desirable : Research Experience in Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering / Bio-Engineering and Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of about 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory

M.Sc. in Biological Sciences with Ph.D. (Submitted). 

Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory and experience in entomology as evidenced by publications


M.Sc. / M.V. Sc. / M.F.Sc. with specialization in livestock product technology / meat science / poultry science / zoology / food science / food technology with Ph.D. (Submitted) in above related area. 

Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in related area. Experience in meat / poultry / fish - science / processing.

Ph.D. (submitted) in Food Science / Food Technology / Food & Nutrition / Biological Sciences or related areas. Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral Experience in sensory science / sensory profiling of food ingredients and products and experience in handling instruments used in sensory science, as evidenced by quality publications in related area.

Ph.D. (Submitted) in Organic Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Food Technology or related area. Desirable :   Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years with quality publications. Experience in Biochemistry of Lipids / Food Processing / Health Benefits of Oils / Fats/Lipids.

First Class M.Sc. in Botany / Plant Pathology / Biochemistry / Bioscience / Biotechnology or M.Sc. Ag. in related area with Ph.D. (Submitted) in above area. Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory. Experience in fruits/vegetables/ plant pathology.

Ph.D. (Submitted) in Biochemistry / Food Science & Nutrition / Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology or related area.  Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory having experience in molecular nutrition and experience in using stem cells and use of transgenic animals.

Ph.D. (Submitted) in Biochemistry / Biotechnology or related area. Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory preferably in the area of cell biology / molecular biology as evidenced by quality publications

Ph.D. (Submitted) in Botany / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or M.Sc. Ag. and Ph.D. (Submitted) in related area. Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory in the area of fruits / vegetables /plant pathology with quality publications.

Ph.D.(Submitted) in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Zoology or in related area. Desirable : Ph.D in related area or Post-Doctoral experience of 2 – 4 years in reputed laboratory
