Qualification :
Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural
Development/Sociology/Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years
of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field.
Manager - Livelihoods &Environment
Qualification :
Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development/Social
Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification
experience in the relevant Field i.e. Livelihood Investment etc.
Knowledge in environment conservation / Natural Resource Management is
desirable
Manager - Microfinance
Qualification :
Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural
Development/Economics/Social Work/MBA with minimum 50% marks and 5 years
of Post qualification experience in the relevant Field i.e.
Microfinance, income generation etc.
Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation and MIS
Qualification :
Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural
Development/Management/Statistics/Demography /Social Work/MBA with
minimum 50% marks and 5 years of Post qualification experience in the
relevant Field .
Duration :
All Positions are offered on a contract basis for 3 years, renewed every year based on review of performance.
